Meet the Key Financial Services team.

Key Financial Services was established in 1998, our passion is bringing customers dreams to reality. We’re a small, friendly team dedicated to making your buying and selling journey as smooth as possible. Between us, you’ll find years of experience, expert advice, and a real passion for helping our clients get the right outcome.

Key Financial Services are appointed representatives of The Finance Planning Group who are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This means the advice provided is monitored and has to be of a certain stanard. Our team of advisers are on hand to talk you through all your financial needs, with their help you can be confident of making the right choices for your future.

Group Managing Director

Paul H Gent

Paul, along with his wife Helen, is one of the founding Directors of the business. Having been in the financial services industry since leaving school in the 80’s, Paul’s passion is around business excellence. Paul is the Group Managing Director and also heads up the Mortgage and Protection Division of Key Financial Services that was established in 1998. Paul has arranged 1,000s of mortgages for clients, from First Time Buyers to Seasoned Investors, ensuring they are fully protected against all eventualities and most importantly reviewing them on a regular basis to ensure that the products continue to be suitable.

Helen L Gent

CeMAP CeFA MNAEA

Helen, the other founding Director in 1998, has a wealth of Financial Services and Estate Agency knowledge and experience gained over her years working in both sectors. Helen is a fully qualified Mortgage and Protection advisor; she is also the Head of the Sales and letting Division. Since the tenant fee ban in 2019 and in preparation for the regulation of the property market (ROPA) a lot of Helen’s time is spent keeping on top of new legislation ensuring the company is fully compliant, regularly updating tenancy agreements and other paperwork. She is also studying for her Level 4 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management and The Sale of Residential Property.

Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Adam Kowalczyk

BA (Hons), CeMAP

Adam joined Key in August 2026 as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Adam offers his clients individually tailored approaches regarding their mortgage and protection needs, as well as supporting the whole process of a house purchase or remortgage. Outside of work, Adam loves spending time with his wife and children, and is a keen football player and Manchester United supporter.

Debbie Holmes

Debbie joined Key in September 2026 as one of our Mortgage and Protection Advisers. Debbie helps our existing and new clients with all of their mortgage and protection needs. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys exercising. She has recently completed the London Marathon and loves playing Padle. Her other love is being a Mum to her daughter and being a taxi to her dance lessons!

Aynsley Wilkinson

CeMAP

Aynsley joined Key in October 2025 as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Since then, he has been learning all there is to know about the Key group, working in Key Estate Agents alongside our Property Consultants and Valuers. Aynsley has learnt to take a customer through every stage of a property purchase. Outside of work, Aynsley is married with two children. He is a big Coventry City Football fan, and when he isn't at CBS Arena, you will probably find him in front of the Formula 1.

Personal Assistant

Leah Moffitt

Leah joined Key in 2009, working in a variety of roles including Lettings and Sales she gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience. Leah is now the PA to the Directors and responsible for the day-to-day management, she is also responsible for the Financial Services administration department. Leah is well known to our Financial Services clients as she deals with mortgage cases, ensuring they come to a successful completion. Sales chasing is a very important part of Leah’s role and she often needs to get involved to overcome problems that threaten the chain. As a result of her persistence, persuasiveness and hard work, we are very proud that we have an extremely small fall through rate.

Veronica Addy

Veronica joined Key in 2009, working as a Senior Property Consultant she gained knowledge and experience in negotiating sales and dealing with clients. Veronica is now Key’s Administrator within the Financial Services department, helping with accounts and mortgage reviews. Outside of work, Veronica loves to spend quality time with her family, with her Grandchildren keeping her busy. She also likes doing puzzles and watching dramas, soaps and competition programmes.
